Languages:Fluent in Haitian Créole, French, English, Working knowledge of Spanish.
Education:                
•        Spent 1 year at the “Faculté des Lettres” (School of Humanities) of the State University of Haiti.  Attended Law 
school for 3 years.
•        Studied the History of Western Civilization I at NOVA.  
•        George Washington University: (Courses in
Computer Programming; Business; Accounting; Mathematics; Statistics; Economics; Money & Banking; and 
Psychology).
Career:
Worked for about 3 years in Haiti, in the automobile industry, at the Canadian Embassy and UNICEF.    Employed 
at the World Bank since 1980.  Taught computer literacy and various applications software to colleagues for more 
than a year at the World Bank.  Extensive experience with portfolio management applications.  Worked in a team to 
implement the Bank’s Treasury Department‘s first portfolio management system in 1985-86.  Conducted user 
training and wrote user guides and operations procedure manuals.  Participated in many software upgrades and 
conversions.  Supported the user community by troubleshooting problems from data entry to accounting issues.  
Extensive experience with Money Market Securities and their clearance processes.  Have experience with VAX-VMS 
and Unix operating systems.
Ministry:
Personal evangelism and ministry to individuals in person and by correspondence.  Teaches Bible studies at 
World Missions Ministries and Eschatology (the study of the End Times) at World Missions Ministries Bible College 
& Seminary.
